I enjoy Hennesseys, Groucho's(from my old college days), Dinner at a friends, and many others.
Columbia, SC. I have lived in California, Florida, Virginia, and other areas of South Carolina. (Greenville, Greenwood, Sumter, etc.....)
I enjoy French food, but I learned to cook from a chef named Max Egloff who is german. He was Rommuel's personal chef in WWII. Chef Egloff also was the chef for two SC govenors and many restaraunts in Columbia. He inspired my love of food.
At friends homes. I feel that the food in enhanced with the social gathering, and to have someone open their homes, culture, and their specially prepared offering to you as a guest, is an experience that you will share between you for a long time.
Yes. I would love to expose some of my fellow foodies to some tastes that they may not have ever experienced or would have the opportunity to experience.
Hello fellow foodies! I was once a souix chef here in Columbia. I moved away for a career in the financial field and have moved back to Columbia. I have always maintained my interests in food and fine dining. I still enjoy cooking.
