Anywhere and everywhere.
Here. Actually Camden.
Anything I didn't have last week.
I live in China most of the year, visit South Carolina occasionally.
I would be interested in Ethiopian/Eritrean/East-African food, but there is only one restaurant of that type listed. All jokes aside, Ethiopian food is sublime. Injera is a sourdough, spongy pancake like bread made from a unique grain, teff, a superfood. The world's fastest land animal, the Ethiopian chicken, is eaten, along with lamb and so on, but you can get outstanding vegan cuisine if you eat Ethiopian. It's usually served on a "communal plate", but it can be individualized for tastes (and hygiene). Ethiopian is definitely worth a try if you haven't had it. I would love to join other gourmets for Ethiopian food if anyone is interested? And I can find a restaurant within a few hours' drive?
Hello, I like to eat, but who doesn't? I only like about 5 flavors - sweet, sour, salty, bitter, and pungently spicy. Although I like umami (a Japanese flavor) as well. Let's eat? Be well, Rob
