Tai Chi is frequently described as “meditation in movement.” It is a gentle, no-contact martial art that promotes well-being and harmony of body and mind. Now isn't that what Geek Physique is all about? You bet it is!!!
Tai chi alleviates stress, increases energy, promotes flexibility, improves strength, increases mobility and balance, and improves mood.
This course is low-impact enough for beginners and those with limited mobility, but students of more advanced fitness levels are welcomed to participate and will be offered more challenging options to keep their practice interesting and beneficial.

What to Wear: Comfortalble, "work-out" clothes and Flat-soled shoes (no heels or heavy treads). A Water bottle is a good idea too.
This class is open to individuals of ALL fitness and experience levels. Children age 12 and up are welcome, but those under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
