Post-holiday blahs? Already tired of winter? We hear ya. Minnesota winters can be a challenge, but YogaQuest’s crew is serving up just what you need to kick the doldrums! Join us Tuesday nights in January for a delectable mishmash of geektastic ingredients, and make sure you stick around for a very special dessert course on February 5. Sure, you could take any of these ingredients a la carte. But they’re so much more appealing thrown together in a crockpot!
As any tater tot will tell you, THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE (topping for a Minnesota hotdish)... The Highlander tops off our mid-winter YogaQuest hotdish, and let me tell you, those tots are extra crispy and delicious after going through the Quickening. There were a lot of contenders for the top, but the prize goes to Connor MacLeod (and his kilt) this time!
YogaQuest is unlike any yoga class you may have experienced before. It is a unique and hilarious blend of vinyasa yoga and fan-fiction story-telling, as a narrator and a certified yoga instructor lead the class through a yoga routine designed to improve strength, balance, and flexibility, while making exercise riotously fun!!!
All skill levels and abilities are welcome. Children 8 years of age and up are welcome to participate, but anyone under 18 must have an adult guardian present.
$5 class fee is payable to the instructor in class (look for the Money Hat). Please bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, and your sense of fun and adventure. (A limited supply of yoga mats are available for rent from the Instructor, $1 each).
