My number 1 workout right now is walking - I live right by Loring Park, so I try to get out there as often as I can. I also do Kettlebell workouts at least 2 times a week & when I'm having trouble managing my schedule, I will just stand in front of the TV for a few minutes doing high knees and squats for a few minutes. I've also started climbing all 6 flights of stairs every time I get home.
I was never actually cool enough to hang out with the geeks in school... To make up for that, I had about a book-a-day habit. Almost exclusively Science Fiction and Fantasy.
I've lost 40 pounds this year with many more to go. I'm looking for ways to keep that going & meet new people.
