Get Geeky Much?

Early in 2009, several creative people based in the South Bay Los Angeles area got together to hang out. It was a great start and we've been doing it monthly ever since.

What is it? It's a casual get together of people in the creative industry to hang out, make friends and maybe even talk shop. It's a chance to get geeky on your topic with people who might actually understand you for a change.

The group is heavily inspired by the now defunct(?) monthly Geek Dinners in Los Angeles.

My end goal for the group is that it become the de-facto place to meet awesome people with geeky tendencies in the South Bay area. Writers, designers, freelancers, web developers, photographers, engineers... We comprise not one, but many shades of the geek spectrum. And we'd like to have you join us.

We meet once a month, on the 3rd Monday at 7PM and go until we decide to stop, usually around 9PM.
