An outdoor bootcamp where people can come together and support each other as they try to achieve their personal fitness goals. The name of the bootcamp is Get in Shape Bootcamp and the web address is www.getinshapebootcamp.com.

The only things you are required to bring are a MAT and WEIGHTS!

Come check us out on Saturday mornings at 8 AM! Classes are free every single saturday, come as many times as you want! We are at Nickajack Park in Smyrna, just off South Cobb Drive!

Want to attend?

We will have a bootcamp class! It will last approximately one hour. We do weight training, running, pushups jumping jacks and a plethora of other things. It is led by a certified personal trainer and boot camp instructor.

You are gauranteed to get a good workout, there is no obligation and remember - this is free personal training and you can come as many Saturdays as you want!
