I am sorry but I can't make this months book club. I really enjoyed the book, it was well written, I found the characters very endearing and the first part of the story drove me crazy because I could not wait for the two main characters to finally get together - but after that it went a bit down hill for me.... I wanted the story to be more about the design and creative development of shoes and costumes and the opera ...a good read none the less

Loving all the books this group reads, have been unable to make any of the meet ups yet since joining due to the flood, work and now uni as both Sept and Oct fell on tuesdays and my last lecture finishes at the rubbish time of 7pm. Any chance November's could not be a Tuesday as then I'll finally be able to meet you all!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
