Hi Simone.  Thank you so much!  I very much appreciate your help.  :)  Following is a letter to for you to forward to your group.  :)  Let me know if this is ok.

Hi all!  My name is Sarah and I am working with EF Foundation to find host families for the upcoming[masked] school year.  Simone is graciously allowing me to send out this message to yall in hopes of finding some homes for our German students coming for this upcoming school year!  Host families become an exchange students second family for the year they are away.  Hosting is a wonderful way to not only allow a student from another country to learn about the real America, but also a wonderful way for you and your family to open their horizons and learn about a new culture, all while making a life long friend!  It opens your life and your community to a whole new perspective.  We have many great students just waiting on the chance to live the American Dream.
EF Foundation welcomes host families from all walks of life and families of all make-ups.  As long as you can provide the a student with a place to stay (host students can share rooms with one other same sex sibling) and meals while at the home, you can host!  Students are responsible for all expenses they occur during the school year, excluding only meals they eat while in the host home.  Exchange students will spend their year attending class at your local high school, improving their language skills, and, most importantly, making friendships and memories to last a life time!
I (and the rest of the EF Foundation staff) will be here to support you and your student through every step of the process!  We have experience in working with both the high school staff and the community to ensure that this is a fun and successful year for everyone involved.  As a special thanks to any families who open their home to hosting a student, EF Foundation has a perk program that allows host families special discounts and coupons on other services provided by EF Foundation, groceries, entertainment, and shopping.   Please consider opening your home and world to hosting a student!  It will change your life!

Thank you all so much for your time, and please contact me with any questions you may have, or to start the host family process!   Also, while the emphasis of this letter is specifically for our German exchange students, we do also have students from many other countries currently looking for families!
