Would anyone know a Hip Hop historian or Hip Hop expert? I'm currently producing a independent reality show called "The South Bronx" and I'm looking for an expert to explain the birth of hip hop in the Bronx and other questions about old school hip hop.

Would like the person to be legit not someone that read up on it lol

Or can someone refer hip hop expert to me. There's no pay.

The Schomburg has a resident Hip Hop scholar. I believe her name begins with "M." Last Tuesday, I attended a speaking engagement about the Cornell Hip Hop Archives at the Schomburg. Contact them for details..Guests on the panel were Bronx natives, Crazy Legs and photographer, Joe Conzo, Jr. Conzo is known as the man who took "Hip Hop's baby pictures."
