If you missed the previous class, this is your last chance! Join us for a hands-on workshop where we'll learn to make challah, a traditional Jewish braided egg bread. You'll learn the entire process from flour to loaf: mixing, kneading, rising, baking and several dough braiding techniques (three, four and six-strand loaves). All the ingredients are provided and you'll make your very own loaf to take home, warm out of the oven! We'll also make a yummy dip (such as hummus) while we wait for the dough to rise. BYOApron.
