To make things flexible and workable i figure out the best way going forward is: - i choose a section of the concert hall that has is has enough free places and cheap tickets to seat all of us - you see if it makes sense for you or want to sit somewhere else - you book your own ticket. The websites for the bookings are www.opernhaus.ch, www.tonhalle.ch, www.kkl-luzern.ch and www.lucernefestival.ch/en/.
For the Tosca at the Opernhause, is that there is plenty of seats left, the bad is it is not cheap. For this concert, I suggest ZWEITER RANG MITTE. These seats are CHF 220. (Some CHF 98 are left scattered around the concert hall, we will meet anyhow at the pause on the main floor.)
Looking forward to seeing you at the Opernhaus, for those of you who havent been there yet, it is one of the great places to see in Zurich!
Every time I go to a classical music concert here in Zurich I have the impression that I am bringing the average age down by half! I know I am not alone :-). There is no reason this should be the case! Let's go to great concerts, have fun together and turn these odds around! The group is Zurich based and aims largely at the Tonhalle, The Opernhaus and the KKL in Luzern. We try to keep the spontaneity to a maximum. The way it works for the tickets is like this: - we pick a section of the concert hall that has enough free places and cheap tickets to seat all of us - you then book the tickets online; usually the sites are either opernhaus.ch or tonhalle.ch.
