Hi Guys.

I just come across a great concert for next week. Sorry for the short notice but it was hidden away. The Lab?que Sisters. Dont laugh :-) they are actually quite well known. Judging from their you tube postings they seem to have achieved some kind of super star status. Check out with Simon Rattle, just listening to it makes me want to have been to that concert! Plus that was in summer too!

What they are playing on Tuesday are some of the great pieces of Spanish music for piano. Check out Albeniz, he died trying to save his wife who had gone overboard. None knew how to swim. For Granados, absolutely beautiful.

Way easier and cheaper than the headline Luzern Fesitval here. - there are tickets left and they are cheap!!!

I suggest we all book our seats for the upper left balcony and meet around 1915 close to the ticket counter!! It is not on the official Tonhalle site, you need to book it on

Tell me what you think !

Dienstag, 2. M?rz 2010, 19.30 Uhr, Tonhalle / Grosser Saal, Katia und Marielle Lab?que, Klaviere
Isaac Albeniz ?Iberia? (Ausschnitte)
Enrique Granados La Maja y el Ruisenor
Maurice Ravel Bolero mit baskischen Schlagzeugern

Hope you like it :-)
