Hi Scott. To clarify, are you trying to monitor speed to/from a server in a datacenter? To/from your workstation (via your ISP)? If it's the latter, have you tried some of the advanced parameters of ping? Like specifying a ping size/payload, and observing the timing of that? Or, just a speedtest like Speakeasy?
