Amanda is the Chef at The Atlantis Rejuvenation Center in Bimini, Bahamas, recently nominated for Best of Raw Award. She has been creating delicious raw and vegan food for almost ten years and is the author of Fig Leaf Betty's Greatest Hits. Amanda prides herself on making beautiful, delectable meals that are balanced and full of flavor - not full of nuts.
