Join us for homemade sourdough pizza night here at The Ecology Center!
This program emphasizes the journey real food takes from “Farm to Fork,” beginning with an exploration of The Ecology Center’s veggie garden and ends with a delicious meal in the courtyard.
This Farm to Fork will be hosted by professional chef Catherine McKnight, formerly of What A Dish Catering. Catherine is highly motivated to make change in her daily life and is excited to teach food preparation and cooking skills to equip children and adults to make healthy, self-sufficient food choices. Along with Chef Cathy, baker Chris Blank will be teaching us the secrets of sourdough, as we making homemade pizzas in our outdoor cob oven.
Beer and wine will be available for an additional cost to adults 21+
