DATE: Friday, Feb. 8, 2013
TIME: 9a.m. to 3p.m.
ESTIMATED ATTENDANCE: 150+ guests will consist of local business owners andprofessionals, students at the college and advanced placement, high school levels.
TICKETS: Students-$5 General admission- $25 (early bird-$20), Exhibitor- $80 (early bird-$60) * Early Bird is before January 8th

The Environmental Sustainability Conference will include one keynote speech and two breakout session tracks. Each breakout track will consist of 3 breakout speakers, each will be assigned to their own room. Attendees will be given the option to choose between the concurrent sessions or to simple attend the exhibitor fair.

Please include the number of staff on your team who will be accompanying you, along with their names.

  • 7am-8am: Exhibitor Move-in/ Set-up

Exhibitor move-in will be from 7:00am- 8:00am. Tables will have a notification showingthe exhibitor that is to be set up at that table. You will want to be set up by 8:15 when theregistration and greeting period begins before the first speaker. Each exhibit booth will beprovided with one table and one table cloth. Chairs will be provided as needed. Exhibitorsare encouraged to bring any informational materials; sample products and anything to puton display- feel free to get creative!

  • 8:15am-9am: Doors open/registration

Attendees will check in or will register if they haven’t already. Attendees will have theopportunity to view exhibits.

  • 9am-10:20am: Opening Keynote Speaker
  • 10:20am-10:50am: Break 1

This is the first break of the conference. Attendees will be able to grab refreshments andview the exhibits and network. This break is 20 minutes longer than the second break.

  • 11:00am-11:50am: Breakout Session 1

Attendees will view their choice of an assortment of presentations.

  • 11:50am-12:50pm: Lunch

Lunch will be provided for exhibitors and attendees alike. The exhibitor fair will continueduring this time.

  • 1:00pm-1:50pm: Breakout Session 2

Attendees will view their choice of an assortment of presentations.

  • 1:50pm-2:10: Break 2

Attendees will be able to grab refreshments and view the exhibits and network.

  • 2:20pm-3:00pm: Closing

Closing remarks

  • 3:00pm-4:00pm: Exhibitor move-out/ break-down
