What's your motivation to use Go?

It's a pleasure to use in the same way Ruby was when I first started using that, except without the magic and constant surprises. It makes programming fun, but it also gets the job done in a minimalistic way and with incredible performance.

What are your expectations from this group?

Learn about real-world usage and best-practices of the language, conquering problems I've previously tackled in other languages, and good ways to test code.

I'm a SoundClouder, and interested in learning about new languages.
