Imagine hovering with a feeling of weightlessness and peacefulness next to a turtle .
Most Scuba Divers have done this at least once! With an "Open Water Certification" course, you will be able to do this and more!! A little homework, a couple pool sessions and open water check out dives are all that is needed to get you certified. The PADI Open Water certification is the entry level course. It certifies divers up to 60ft. (2 parts)
Part 1 "Academics"
You need to be healthy to scuba dive. Please fill out page one of this medical statement and questionnaire:

eLearning is now taught in 7 different languages:
Complete the eLearning course ($138.00 : register online*),
then you will be ready to do a pool session, check out dives and receive a PADI certification card. (PADI - Professional Association of Diving Instructors; the world’s leading scuba diving training organization.)

Please give yourself about 8-10 hours to complete this online training.
You can do it in one sitting, however I recommend you do a couple hours at a time.
Part 2 "Water Training"
Successful eLearning completion is required prior to attending the pool and ocean sessions.
PADI Open Water pool, ocean sessions (4 beach dives), log book and dive table (for you to keep), use of all top quality gear and Certification card = ($200.00 : pay to Gold Coast Scuba upon arrival) We limit our class size to 4 students per Instructor unless by special request, in order to give you the best training possible.
Cost summary: eLearning, water training (2 days), log book, dive table, use of all necessary gear (including tanks, BCD, regulator, weights, wetsuit, mask, fins, snorkel, and dive flag), and Certification card $338.00 Total.
