Golf Performance Training Introduction

This will be an hour long workout focused primarily on improving golf performance. The first half of the workout will involve various mobility and stability exercises to improve your "turn". The last half of the workout will involve strengthening exercises that you can add to your current workout routine.

      Yes, this is only a session to work on flexibility, stability, and strength as it relates to the golf swing. There will no instruction on how to actually swing the golf club.
