Announcing a new Meetup for GrassrootsCamp!

What: What Mattered - Online Politics in the 2010 Campaign

When: Wednesday, November 3,[masked]:00 PM

Where: CWA 1180
6 Harrison St.
New York, NY 10013

What mattered in the 2010 elections? Now that online politics is old hat, have the Republicans caught up to Democrats, or passed them by? Are local politicians still relying on digitally un-savvy media consultants? Did 'online to offline' mobilization really work - or is it a lot of hot air?

At our upcoming event we'll hear two nationally recognized leaders sharing their wisdom and insights, fresh after the victories -and defeats - of 2010. Following their talk, we'll be breaking into happy hour mode, so if you can't be there on time - come on by to drink away your 2010 regrets.

Colin Delaney of ePolitics.com is the author of e-politics 101, Using the Internet to Win in 2010, and Learning from Obama. His site remains one of the top resources for insight and training for anyone approaching the field of online political campaigning.

Bob Fertik is co-founder of Democrats.com, the first online blog community for Democratic Party activists. Over its ten years, Democrats.com has grown to over 850,000 members.

What Mattered - Online Politics in the 2010 Campaign is hosted by GrassrootsCamp and Organizing 2.0.
