Started in January 2005, the Go Social Club (GSC) is an activities group for singles and couples of all ages, created to give long-time residents something new and fun to do and to help people new to the area get acquainted with the area & meet new people.

We are proud to be Meetup's largest, free, social group within 100 miles of Charlotte, NC!

We run a variety of events designed to get people out and active in the community. Our goal is to provide an environment where our members can make new friends and take advantage of all the social outlets Charlotte and the surrounding areas have to offer.

If you have recently moved to the area, GSC can help you find great places to eat, cool spots to hang out, and interesting places to visit. Maybe you are recently divorced or separated and need a little help transitioning back into single life. Or perhaps you are single or a couple just looking for something different to do. Whatever the reason, GSC makes it easy to meet new people and to build new friendships!
