Organizer: Kimberly Meet in front of rental place at 10:00am. This is a fun, easy trip for beginner kayaking or just a good workout for anyone. Bring your own kayak or rent one. The cost is $7.00 for 4 hours. This includes a life jacket, if you want to use one. Recommended clothing includes shorts, t-shirt, or tank top, whatever's comfy and you don't mind getting wet. Wear sandals, flip flops, or water shoes. Tennis shoes are not suggested as they will most likely get wet. I suggest bringing along ziploc baggies for your keys that have alarm controls or you can leave them with Ken. Also don't forget sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat if you desire, and water. I have kayaked in this harbor several times you can't get lost if you decide to venture on your own for a longer ride or tougher workout...there will even be maps of the harbor available. Kids who are strong paddlers are welcome, and required to wear life jackets. DOGS ARE WELCOME. Yes people have kayaked with their dogs in the past, so if they like the water bring them along. Bring a change a clothes for afterwards, there are changing rooms available at Sunset Rentals. ************ Don't forget sunscreen!!! Also don't forget to bring some water since you'll probably get thirsty on the water. Remember this is not a dry sport, you WILL get wet!! **************** CASH ONLY!!! Rental place does NOT take credit cards *********** You DO NOT have to kayak for 4 hours, you can go at your own pace and leave when you want to. We DO NOT paddle for 4 straight hours! We make pitstops for leg stretching and restroom breaks. This location is easy to find and visible from the street

usually have a good time, but this time, uhh not so much. Capsized and lost car & house keys and cell phone. Thanks to those who helped retrieved the rest of my stuff, especially Randy who skipped his paddling adventure to schlep me home. I owe you big time Randy, for everything.

Okay, yes I went or fell into the water not my most graceful moment, damn that water is cool. I did have a handsome stranger on a white horse or maybe a paddle boat come a save me. The three of us had a great time plus my son has a memory about his mom that he can tell everyone for years to come. Thanks to all that collected all my stuff that was floating away.

great day for kayaking, very nice relaxed group of people to paddle with, it got quite warm though after we lost the wind. Thank you Kimberly for a great event, look forward to next time.

It was pretty windy when we first started but then the wind died down and the temperature went up, I guess that's why Lori decided to go for a swim lol. I had a great time as usual and only got a little bit red

Well, this time the camera didn't go into the water, but Lori did, so it was less painful and more entertaining. :-) As always, a great time.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
