Hi Chris! I'm looking forward to seeing you at the workout! I recently recovered from a foot injury and I just started participating in the workouts again so I know what you mean about the cardio. You'll definitly build your cardio up doing this workout! The personal trainer who leads the workout right now is very motivating!
