It's been way to long since the last Got Ruby meetup. Time to fix that.
Join us at the eLabs office 18:00 on Tuesday July 7th for some good Ruby and Rails discussions. We'll provide some drinks to keep cool in the summer heat.
Jonas and I will talk a bit about how we do automated testing at eLabs, starting with a quick summary of our recent blog post "Relieving the Pain of Controller Tests". If anyone else has something they want to talk about that would be great. Again, no fancy presentation is required. Jörgen, did you want to talk about the RubyMine IDE?
Hope to see you all on Tuesday!
I've just recently set up Continuous Integration for eLabs, so I'll be talking a bit about that as well.
I'm away on vacation, so I'll have to do the RubyMine talk at the next meetup...
Hi everyone.
Teo asked me to see if I could find our SWF Ruby class. Found it!
It's our guy in Transås that is the magician behind it. Don't mind the syntax too much, it's looks a bit none ruby:ish sort to speak...

(I've added how you can test it out on our (baldy updated) demo site.)
Keep in mind that it completely lacks unit tests. Use on your own risk...
If anyone is interested in that book I brought, this is it: User Stories Applied: For Agile Software Development (Addison-Wesley Signature Series). I can't really give it a review yet, as I've just flipped through, reading some sections, skipped others. It does get good reviews on Amazon: http://bit.ly/vgGeI![]()

I can show how we use JRuby at Burt.
