In today's tele-class we'll release fears and phobias. Fear of Failure, Fear of spiders, fear of heights, of reptiles, fear of death, fear of the dark, fear of heights, being claustrophobic, fear of public speaking, fear of bugs. Let's release all your deepest, darkest fears!

It's always interesting to find what we may have hidden in our subconscious from situations that occurred in our childhood, the way we were raised, beliefs inherited from our ancestors through our DNA, or beliefs from past times and places.

The technique Dawn uses to release your limiting beliefs is Theta Healing which is very effective in a group setting as this is how Vianna, the founder teaches how do change beliefs for 100's of people at once. You'll be amazed at the results and have the tangible proof by your muscle test shifting before your eyes to cancel out any mental doubt. Plus you should feel a difference internally on the subject Dawn is teaching on, comparing how you believed about something before and then after the class.

For the first 30 minutes of the tele-class, Dawn will teach an introduction into what Theta Healing is and teach you how to muscle test from home.

Restrictions: Must be 18 to be in the class or have parental consent. This is actually a great class for teens and school age children.

NOTE: Join us later at 4pm (PST) option. If you already know how to muscle test and are familiar with Theta Healing, you can jump on the call at 4pm (PST) in time for us all to begin the process.

How to prepare: Before the tele-class, hydrate yourself by drinking lots of water. You'll be learning how to do the standing muscle test, so if you want you can watch this video [click here for video] to learn and practice ahead of time. If you are unable to stand, you can do also do the finger muscle test (however in the tele-class we will only have time to teach the standing muscle test).

The good news though is even if you are unable to stand and see tangible results from the muscle test, you can still receive the full benefits of the class! So don't let it sway you if you are unable to stand up or do the finger muscle test.
