How would you describe your sailing experience? At the end of your description include a title for yourself (look at other profiles, or the about page for ideas)

I sailed San Francisco Bay in a C&C 40 in the early 80's. Tool a long time off and returned to sailing a couple of years ago, primarily in San Diego. I am ASA 106, Advanced Coastal Cruising certified.

What type boats have you sailed on - or dream of sailing on? What sort of sailing do you do? Cruising, racing, beercans, YRA . . . Transpac??

I have skippered a Capri 22, Catalina 27, J24, Hunter 31, and C&C 40. I have crewed on a Catalina 30, Ranger 33, Jenneau 32, Dufor 36, Hunter 36, and Beneteau 40.

If you are a private boat owner -- please describe your vessel in as much detail as you can.

I am not a private boat owner. I am a member of harbor sailboats in San Diego. I also charter from Club Nautique.

Do you have any US sailing or ASA certificates? Do you bareboat charter?

I am ASA 106, Advanced Coastal Cruising certified from Harbor sailboats in San Diego.

Are you disabled or have limited mobility? You'll be welcomed, but it's very important for skippers to know ahead of time to keep everyone safe while sailing (you included).

No, i am not disabled

Introduction

I love to sail and am looking forward to meeting others with the same passion.

What Konrad is saying about this Meetup Group

A great way to connect with other sailors to sail and to meet new sailing friends. I heard about this group from SanFranciscoSailing@yahoogroups.com (Posting by Craig Russell).
