How would you describe your sailing experience? At the end of your description include a title for yourself (look at other profiles, or the about page for ideas)

i am a sailing newbie. i am more of a photographer and cinematographer. however, i am happy to pitch in and do whatever is asked of me to sail with a team and always be a good team member first.

What type boats have you sailed on - or dream of sailing on? What sort of sailing do you do? Cruising, racing, beercans, YRA . . . Transpac??

mainly fishing trips with a glacier bay twin engine catamaran off the farallons. my first sailing experience was on a homemade darby inspired sailboard and i got a lot of salt water up my nose, which might be too much detail, but whatever. While in college back east I did some whitewater canoeing and kayaking. I've done sea kayaking in Drake's Bay. more recently i went with mark on one of his sf bay newbie cruises on the willin'. i would like to take more trips out on sf bay to photo and film the america's cup race with my super-duper camera gear. :-) someday i would like to have a glacier bay catamaran.

If you are a private boat owner -- please describe your vessel in as much detail as you can.

not a boat owner (yet).

Do you have any US sailing or ASA certificates? Do you bareboat charter?

Are you disabled or have limited mobility? You'll be welcomed, but it's very important for skippers to know ahead of time to keep everyone safe while sailing (you included).

i am not disabled (yet)
