Utterly impossible to choose. So little time, so many recipes. Contenders: raspberries, paté de foie gras, rack of lamb crusted with dukkah, virtually anything from the menu at Oleana's, ginger cheesecake, foccacia still warm from the oven, Viognier
Because I enjoy getting together with people who are as passionate about food and wine as I am. Not to mention expanding my culinary and viticultural horizons.
