    Yolanda: You are right. The meeting was very comfortable, roomy, with plenty of in-the-round theater style seating, cabaret table seating, all leading to great opportunity for one-on-one conferring for deals, and easy listening anywhere with pro audio. This room was one of the best locations I've seen yet. Also, the fresh food was great. Way to go Marina !!

    Skip & Joanne, right on the money! Anyone can even purchase complete courses for at home use such as from Wendy Patton and others (even locally) offer. These usually include forms and personal support. Some include 1-3 day seminar forums which to me, is a great intro and/or review tool. Jim did a great over-all picture, more than enough to provide novice introduction.

    Hi all- Jim only had an hour to present the lease option topic. It is the most powerful techniqie in real estate because money is not needed. And it is not complicated either, once you do some additional education which is always necessary for any direction we want to follow. So I woukld suggest finding some books on the topic, as there are hundreds. Jim may guide you as to which books are a good place to start. Its a lot easier to learn the basics first, as they will answer most questions, and then if you have specific questions, check websites with option or real estate message boards, or give Jim a call.
