Sniffer Dog Sport - Introductory Workshop

This location is shown only to members

ALL PROCEEDS WILL GO TO HORSE NET HORSE RESCUE, MOUNT AIRY
Horse Net Horse Rescue Website

Dogs have an amazing sense of smell. Test your dog's scent abilities. Your dog does not have to be trained in obedience. Your dog doesn't even have to get along with other dogs.

Have you lost your car keys? Can't find an item around your house?

Sniffer Dog helps build confidence in your dog while helping to build a relationship with you.

All dogs work one at a time. It helps if your dog has a desire to play with toys.. but a hungry dog willing to work for food is all that is needed.

Sniffer Dog helps newly adopted dogs become more confident in new environments.

The Positive Dog Trainer currently has Sniffer Dog classes, if you are interested in pursuing your pup's nose endeavors...

The purpose of this seminar is to have fun.

Dogs will either have to be crated during class or be able to stay in your car quietly. No dogs that have shown aggression toward people will be permitted in the workshop

Dogs of any age and breed can play, we have a dog in a wheelchair that puts most of us to shame when he is working.

Melissa, the reason we are scheduling people for times is so that there is no down time for the dogs. This way when you come your dog is with you. We are going to try to keep it to groups of 5 or so folks and their dogs.

I attend church on Sunday mornings -- but I would love to have my Westie do this. Will there be another group coming up at a different time? I have been actively wanting to do this with my dog for a long time, so I am very interested. Let me know! Thank you :-)

Lisa, we are going to start classes at the positive dog trainers. chris and I are putting the schedule together now and Snifferdog sport will be one of the first things offered. Check the website at www.thepositivedogtrainers.com as soon as we figure out how to make the calendar work we will have some alternative times for you and your pup.

    Hi Laura,
I am so sorry but I may need to help out with trapping Peanut at Reagan airport and cannot attend with Katie. Hopefully next time will work out.
