Hi Anji,Thanks for spreading the word to your team about Coder Dojo, it is great that so many people are enthusiastic to help out. I will be updating the website/ twitter (@CoderDojoLondon)/ facebook with details of forthcoming events in London and across the UK as soon as we have them confirmed. When we launched on Saturday, we had one person teaching the coding and two helping out. Any more than that and we would have been wasting the mentors time as we only had 7 kids. The event went really well as we had the kids creating Christmas games and learning HTML. As we grow, we will need a lot more mentors. For those that are interested, please ask them to email me at [address removed] as I run the UK side of things. Carl gave me a few names... one of which came on the day but I don't think that he is from recworks . I am in the process of arranging a venue and date for the next event so I will be in touch when I have the details confirmed. Many thanks and best wishes,Vicky

We have just been passed the following message to pass on to all members at short notice -
Would you like the chance to mentor school kids in coding?
It's part of Global Youth Movement to enhance and educate talented young teenagers.
The London Coder Dojo event is this Saturday, the 3rd December at the Ravensbourne Theatre at North Greenwich.
There will be a briefing session for the mentors at 11:30am with the actual event starting at 12pm until 3pm.
If you are interested or know anyone that would like to attend, please come along.
If people can't make it on the day, but would like to assist on future dates, it would also be great to hear from you.
Please find more information here - http://coderdojo.com/2011/11/london-coder-dojo/
