Hey everyone,

We have had an offer for an internship that could turn into a permanent position as a co-founder. A contact of ours is on the lookout for a developer with the self belief, confidence and ability to be a part of something new, exciting and innovative.

The ideal candidate is either a recent graduate looking for their first break or a free spirit who thought they'd rather spend their time coding and taught themselves, or perhaps a disgruntled employee looking for a new adventure.

This person would be available to come on as the third founder/employee of our business and there would be significant scope to get in on the ground floor and provide a valuable contribution, whilst being a key beneficiary of the success and growth of the business.

Compensation would be in the form of a retainer, experience and possible equity. This is dependent on the final arrangements made. The payment will reflect the time you log and you have the choice to work part time for as many hours as you like.

Ideally we would like to start you off with a 3 month internship with the view to a more permanent involvement.

The ideal programmer / architect would have mastered HTML/ CSS. You know JavaScript in and out. You have a great understanding of server-side programming, and creating bespoke software. You will have a passion for elegant interfaces and creating beautiful programs, front and back end.
You are a star developer who thrives on building complex software at scale, designing engaging experiences and solid systems, working with cutting edge technologies and other star employees.

You will have advanced skills in the following:

The company is looking to pioneer innovation in digital advertising and create exciting, interactive rich media campaigns in alternative methods of online advertising. They have experience as publishers, advertisers and boast contacts throughout both sectors, but we need to add more depth to our technical department.

They are a young exciting start up based in London and the South East and need a tech expert who is creative, with strong problem solving skills, a strong focus on user experience, and a proven history in software development.

This is a remote working role, so you can work from the comfort of your own home.

If you are interested let me know and we can forward your details to the company directly.
