This event is a special celebration of all past and new "Healthy Resolutions" ever made, by thoughtful Wine drinkers and Food lovers, in our group, towards their pursuit, for a healthier lifestyle.

Our choice of venue for this event is among DC's most sorted restaurant known for its organic food menu and for its commitment to support local farmers in obtaining fresh produce.

America's First Certified Organic Restaurant, Nora has a unique history and represents the vision of Nora Pouillon, who, with the help of her two partners, Steven and Thomas Damato, has always been a proponent of a sustainable lifestyle and believes that the most important element is organic, seasonal, local food prepared in a flavorful, balanced, healthy way.

The menu changes daily and the wine list presents over 100 exceptional wines from small producers, many of them using organically grown grapes and sustainable practices.

All five dining rooms at Nora are decorated with antique Mennonite and Amish crib quilts, velvet crazy quilts, and architectural artifacts.

We have a special reservation for a small group and with emphasis would say, that reservations are very difficult to make here at peak dining hours. As such, the responsibility to manage individual RSVP's is higher than our other events and therefore we would be giving precedence to those members that have been consistent in their management.

And as we celebrate those "Healthy Resolutions" ever made, lets share our experiences with a glass of Wine on this special evening, knowing that, keeping them may be tough, nonetheless  a worthy start !

Great time with a wonderful group of members. Love the earthy nature of the food and the general decor of this restaurant which compliments the food. The Atlantic Black Bass with braised endives and coriander was good but the Parsnip soup was delicious.

I am sad to have to drop out as I have wanted to go here for a while but my friend bought concert tickets for the wrong night (Wednesday instead of Thursday)

Just a reminder to those that have RSVP'd to update your RSVP if your plans of attending has changed or likely to change as we have others on the wait list who would like to attend.

Looking forward to this event, as Nora has been among my favorite restaurant for its history of supporting organic farming and local food produce, and it goes without saying the Food is delicious and overall delivers a great experience.
