  • Hello Anthony,

Interesting that you're considering new databases for healthcare. When I had first become a Neo4j user I was involved with the nationwide HIS in Zambia, then gotten involved with an open-source project called OpenMRS. Along the way, I kept thinking "this is all such a graph problem, can't we find a better database for it?" Then I found Neo4j and started to use it for projects like disease surveillance.

Would love to chat with you about it at one of these meetups.

  • It was great to see you at the Prescott Village site visit yesterday, Anthony. We are using the term "Instant Cohousing" to convey the potential for communities like these to get and up running quickly, unlike your experience in Austin (which we hope you can be part of an EBCOHO talk on someday). Sometimes you can do the process work afterwards, instead of figuring out everything in advance, when a unique opportunity like this comes along with the physical structure already in place.
