Big businesses spend millions on tools, consultants, strategies for SEO. What's a small designer and their small clients to do? Meanwhile, there are some easy, common-sense things we all can do to improve a site's SEO at no cost. And some smart strategies for effective SEM.

    I loved the topic. I was actually surprised as to how many attendees were not knowledgeable in some of the basics. That fact alone was the highlight for me. The presentation itself was ok. There was a lot of information to cover in the short 1 hour timeframe. Either the material should have been reduced or the session extended.
