It will encompass the full spectrum of raw and living foods Our next, much anticipated raw food session is going to be a fun and informative workshop. After our 3 hour demonstration class, you will be able to add the days exciting four course menu to your diet. Our recipes are sophistacated enough to impress anyone, and easy enough for you to make the day after class. Finally understand how raw and living foods effect your body.
