The boat ride passes through gorgeous views of Nagarjuna konda and several hills in various shapes with tiny hill island in the middle which we summitted in our last visit. We dont plan to stop here though. We also get to see the fishermen lifestyle who live right on the edge of the reservoir at various places in the forest. We dont plan to make a stop in the middle. Geesugandi, though a part of Nallamala forest and with the river flowing by can still be considered as a desert with hardly any resources from forest. The Tribes live in extreme conditions. CEPCE is making an attempt to teach the tribes of the modern farming techniques, providing them electricity powered by solar, water pumps and help them raise 200 fruit and non-fruit bearing plants along the hamlet as a part of an year long project. My first GHAC adventure. Loved the group I was with and loved the Krishna River, the Chenchus and the Nallamala Forest. I swam in my first Indian river and could not believe that I actually trekked almost 8 kilometers in slippery muddy rocky rainy....
Thanks Arun for organizing this and for the wonderful experience. I look forward to more adventures!

The amazing lion-hearted hospitality of the Chenchu people swept us off our feet. The trip was amazing... light rain which never let us feel exhausted and the beautiful forests, the small temple inside a long lost fort, the crystal-clear water falls, the sound of the peacocks in the deep jungles, the tasty food prepared and kept ready for us inside the tent and the ever smiling chenchus with their cute little hamlet, the amazing beauty surrounding us during the 3 hour and odd boat ride.... words fall short to describe the pleasant experience.... Arun.. thanks buddy... it is awesome !!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
