what will we do: we shall be covering the 3 hills of moula ali twice.
benefits: we work on strength, fitness, stamina and endurance.
attire: wear a sun hat and comfortable clothes.
preparation for the fitness: drink a liter of water half an hour before the trek. helps to keep the body hydrated during the trek.

For those who want some extra challenge, can carry a back pack with 5-10 kgs of weight in it.
things to carry:
2) water bottle
3) wear proper shoes.
Please be aware it’s a Heritage Site and sacred to some people, No littering on the hill, No Sound Pollution.
