There's nothing like great food and great conversation, unless it's a great performance. I love to seek out the wonderful and unique "finds" for venues as well as popular spots for you to enjoy. I'll often add a theme to make things more interesting. I've been planning events for many years, I just left a social club I built to 1500 happy members. I'm well connected in the local arts and entertainment scene and people love what I pick for them to do. I'll also plan day trips around Alberta. The core group is mostly 30+, everyone is welcome. The CFC (Canadian Film Centre's) Worldwide Short Film Festival is the 2nd largest festival for shorts in the world. This is the national tour of the "BEST OF" there is something for everyone, drama, doc, animation, comedy. The winners are eligible for the Academy Awards, including Calgary's own Trevor Anderson.
