RULES & ETIQUETTEThe Toronto Great Dane Meetup Group is open to all Dane owners and Dane lovers who enjoy getting their dogs together for fun and good times. It's also an opportunity to share information, suggestions, and experiences. We are bound together by our mutual love for this wonderful breed.
The organizers and members of the Toronto Great Dane Meetup Group would like to thank-you in advance for respecting our rules and following the board etiquette. If you do end up having a problem, or see a post that should not be on the boards, that the organizers have not seen, please feel free to email the organizers and one will get back to you through email as soon as possible and/or attend to the post.
Rules? Practice the Golden Rule!
? All members will treat all other members, organizers and assistant organizers with respect.
? No Danes or litters are to be advertised for sale, in any way.
? No Studs and/or Dams are to be advertised or solicited for breeding purposes.
? Member's emails are to remain private within the community and are not to be used for any purpose of solicitation.
? Do not post copyrighted material without permissions from the copyright owner.
? Flaming any member on the boards is not allowed. Flaming is defined as, "An insulting criticism or remark meant to incite anger, or be hurtful posted on the boards." Flaming may result in banishment and is subject to interpretation by the organizers.
? Language, Graphic and all activity in the Toronto Great Dane Meetup Group must be G-rated and no explicit materials, of any kind, will be tolerated.
Violations of any rules stated above will be copied by a member of the organizers team, emailed to all members of the team and deleted. The violator will be dealt with at the organizers? discretion. Possible consequences include, but are not limited to a verbal or written warning, probation, banning for a period of time and/or banning from the Toronto Meeup Board for life.
Board EtiquetteIt is considered yelling when using all caps when you are writing on the internet. Please adjust your personal computer settings if you have difficulties in reading the typed word. Please do not use caps other than for capitalizing the beginning of a sentence or for names in the subject bar of your posts.
Please add NDR (Non Dane or Non Dog Related) to your subject bar when it applies. It is a polite consideration to the other members.
