Marietta Mahjong

Many people know about Mahjong through the solitaire game on the computer where the player selects pairs of Mahjong tiles. While this is a solitaire game, it is NOT Mahjong! If you have never played the table-game Mahjong before, we ask that attend at least one lesson prior to playing at any of our events. Look for events on our calendar with "LESSON" in the title and RSVP for the style you want to learn how to play. Lessons normally cost $25 per student, but we are offering them for FREE through December 2012!
This event is for players of all levels including people new to the game – teachers will be available. If you have never had a lesson, please say “New” in the comment section when you RSVP so we know how many teachers we’ll need. If you are an experienced player willing to teach, please let say so in the comment section when you RSVP. Before you leave for the game, check the RSVP list to see if there are enough players for the style that you want to play!

Mah Jong Starts at 7 PM (drinks and snacks are available for purchase)
For those who are interested, our group has a dutch dinner, before Mahjong each Tuesday. We meet at 6 PM. This week we will be having dinner at Gabriel's, 800 Whitlock Avenue, Suite 135, Marietta, GA 30064
