Sustainival uses a fun, carnival-style festival to showcase practical solutions that you can integrate into your life for a sustainable future.
Visit this green carnival and learn about sustainable food, energy, and waste ideas and meet like-minded folks in the community, too, when you pay $25 ($51 value) for two one-day passes or $65 ($130 value) for two weekend passes.
Here is the link for tickets to the event for the 12th to the 15th:
We could meet plan to meet up at Vagabond Brewpub a couple blocks north from the Stampede Grounds and then head over as a group or go to the Sustainaval individually then meetup at Vagabond for Green Drinks in the late afternoon or evening.
Who would like to take the lead on this one? I am stretched way too thin with caring for my Dad and looking for work to be able to organize anything but can advise some volunteers.
There is also an Organic Week coming up and a Recycling Council of Alberta conference in Calgary that we could tie into for events after this. Any volunteers?
