Native Trees of Tennessee

Tom Hudlow

Tennessee Division of Forestry

Area forester for Hamilton, Bradley and Sequatchie Counties

At our January meeting, those present expressed an interest in learning about our native trees. Forester Hudlow has agreed to satisfy our curiosity as we approach our Tree Planting Day on March 9 (Place will be announced. Mark your calendar now).

Also come hear the latest watershed and greenway updates.

We have an exciting year planned as you can see in the attached calendar.

You may have suggestions and wish to be involved in implementing a favored activity. All are meant to improve the water quality in our favorite watershed, namely South Chickamauga Creek.

These meetings are about the South Chickamauga Creek Greenway Alliance and their efforts to conserve and enhance the South Chickamauga Creek watershed, its ecology, and its cultural amenities. For more info, e-mail [masked].
