The London Cloud Computing October Meetup

This location is shown only to members

Change of pace this month.

Lets talk about usage patterns, use cases, common approaches, pitfalls.
If anyone has any specific ideas/topics they'd like to discuss - then please get in touch - its an open forum/group.

Also - I think we should begin to consider a change of venue. There are sufficient numbers in the group - that sometimes the existing venue is not quite big enough.

I'm looking for some input and guidance here - so please take the time to fill in the poll (or better still - email me directly).
The poll is here http://gridcomputing....

In addition to the next meetup (on the 14th), I will also be presenting at the JBoss User Group (JBUG) in London on the 13th of October, talking about data grids on clouds, Infinispan, and JClouds. This is a free event, though registration is required.

Nice people with interesting work experience, mainly from developer point of view. The only minus was the pub, a little to noisy :(

People - this will be the last meetup at The Green. Starting in the New year we will reschedule the meetup towards the end of each month - and we'll identify a new venue which is more suited to discussion and presentation. Venue ideas are welcome!
