Hey, my name is Jen. For a few years I had a Griffon mix named Yoda, until he turned LA on me and moved up there to be in show biz. I'm in the process of looking for another one (preferably from a rescue or shelter) to be a companion for my chi mix
My little Griffon mix is about as average as they come. And Yoda certainly lives up to his highness personality. Never a pack leader or follower, he would instantly bond with any human that had food, attention and an open lap. After several months of bonding with my cousin and her husband, while living with my mom & I, we made the difficult decision to let him move up to LA with them two years ago. Luckily, he's been in some background scenes of movies and tv shows, so we can't complain too much. Someday, I would love to find another griff, prefferably from a rescue group, that form a stronger bond with me and live his life being just as spoiled in my house. I also have a chi/ferrec fox mix, named Piglet. He's 6.5 years old and spoiled terribly rotten. Occassionally, I do make him work for his treats and new "babies". Please see fb page for pics of Piglet and Yoda.
I'm from San Diego. Born and raised in El Cajon all of my life, and almost in the same house, which is scary. I know, I sound kinda boring, but I assure you that once you get to know me, much of my life is far from it.
Aside from Piglet, I don't really have a significant other. A couple of months ago I ran in to a friend I used to work with, and we've kinda been seeing each other. I guess you could call it that, but it's also kind of a complicated situatd situation. And honestly, dogs are more loyal than people are (men and women), and I'd rather not deal with the bullshit of having a significant other.
