Buying Distressed Properties in Emerging Markets

We will discuss several markets in Canada and the U.S. and distressed, REO income properties I am currently purchasing. Includes bank-owned storage facilities, newer multi-family properties, and rental homes in good areas. An example of a rental home is a newer 3/2 house (built in 2005) in a decent area of town that recently sold for $18 000 in one of the U.S. markets in which I am actively purchasing.
I am buying multi-family and single family properties locally, as well as in cities such as Phoenix, Detroit, and Las Vegas. We can discuss deals in these various cities.
