This meeting will focus on location whereas the last meeting was more about investing techniques. If you attended the meeting in June, please come again as we will cover new material. We will discuss the best places to invest based on your situation and investment goals, including both the local Seattle market as well as various markets across the U.S.
I have also revised the presentation based on the recommendations of participants at the last meeting as well as my recent meetings in other cities. I will gear this presentation toward beginners as well as more advanced investors. No selling, just useful information for your own investing career. I will focus on methods of finding distressed properties, both locally and in other emerging markets, and will cover basics such as evaluating properties as well as more advanced methods of adding value to a property.
I will show pictures and details on deals I am working on in various U.S. markets such as homes being auctioned for $500, newer homes in Phoenix selling for under $[masked], and bank-owned apartment buildings and storage facilities available at incredible prices!
Our guest speaker, Jim Choi, is a local, licensed commercial broker and will give us his opinion on the local Seattle market and the opportunities present in both residential and commercial.
This meeting will include networking time and an open forum full of questions and discussion on potential investment locations. Come ask about that city you have in the back of your mind. Or share your ideas and maybe you will find a partner for that deal you have wanted to do!
Doors open at 6:30 pm and meeting starts at 7 pm sharp! Location, which will be in Seattle or Bellevue, will be updated soon. Please RSVP as seating may be limited!
