Welcome to the Northwest WA State Real Estate Investors Meet-up!

Hello! My name is Johnson Frais. I do conservative, well-researched real estate investments in Canada and the U.S. I am currently buying in a few growing cities in the U.S.

Please join this group to learn more about buying cashflowing multi-family, single-family, and business properties in growing markets. I have been researching in the U.S. during the last year. We will discuss the current opportunities to buy DISTRESSED ASSETS in the U.S., which include real estate, businesses, and storage facilities.

The focus will be on doing "hands-off" investments, allowing you to spend your time doing other things. We will also discuss investment strategies taught by Robert Kyosaki, T Harv Eker, and other successful businessmen and women. I will also sometimes host other speakers on topics related to real estate investing.
