DC GTD Meetup Agenda **** NEW GTDBOOST Series ****

==============================================

I. Introductions + Overview (7:30 PM)

Each member will introduce himself/herself, tell us what you do professionally, your history with GTD, and a recent success/challenge with your GTD implementation. We'll give a few minutes to discuss solutions to the challenges we all share.

II. NEW SERIES - GTDBOOST (8:00 PM - 8:50PM)

THE WEEKLY REVIEW

This is the first in a new series of meetups called GTDBOOST. We will be breaking the information in the Getting Things Done book into manageable core components for discussion. It won't be in the same order as the book's Table of Contents, wii be decided upon based on the needs of the group.

I hear over and over again, that implementing and maintaining the Weekly Review habit is difficult. So, it's with that in mind, for this month's GTDBOOST we're going to discuss how to make the Weekly Review happen...for everyone in the group!

Yes, we'll discuss tips, tricks and hacks, but at the foundation of the discussion we're going to outline and strategize what the Weekly Review is for each member and how to make it consistent, systemic and sustainable for our members.

Join us for this vital and important meetup!

III. GTD Resource Sharing (8:50PM)

This is where everyone can offer a book title, tip/trick or item that has helped them in their life either with GTD or otherwise.

I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO BRING SOME KIND OF GTD OR PRODUCTIVITY RESOURCE THEY KNOW ABOUT OR USE TO OFFER TO THE GROUP!

V. Announcements / Closing Remarks (8:55 PM)

    I really enjoyed the GTDBOOST kick-off topic on Weekly Review! I'm hoping this spurs more GTDists to make the Weekly Review a habit.

    Great meeting on the weekly review! It's great that we're meeting in the less noisy upstairs of the bookstore and away from the coffee shop. I liked that Ray took the initiative to call or text all attendees to get us started on the weekly review.
